Surgery Opening Times

We are open to receive telephone enquiries from 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). The Surgery doors are open from 8.30am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).

Evening Clinics

We rotate between Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, providing at least one late evening clinic per week. Each of our partners work these clinics rotationally and appointments are available from 6.30pm until 8pm.

Please note: Urgent care outside of normal surgery hours still remains the responsibility of Serco Health, the out-of-hours service (see the 'When We Are Closed' tab for more details).

When We Are Closed

All out of hours services are the responsibility of the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Primary Care Trust who have contracted with Serco Health to provide the service in Cornwall.

All patients can access this service between the hours of 6.30pm and 8am, Mondays to Fridays and all day and night Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays by first ringing the surgery on 01726 882745.

Patients should listen to the message where an option to contact NHS Direct for advice is also given. Calls are automatically transferred to the service required.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
