Make an Appointment
If you need to make an appointment you can do this by calling the surgery on 01726 882745 or visiting our Consulting Room. Alternatively, you can book some types of appointments using the NHS app or by registering to use SystemOnline.
Please note, when you call the surgery, you will be asked health screening questions for your condition to be assessed and enable you to speak with the most appropriate clinician we have available. Based on urgency and availability you will most likely be offered a telephone call back, during this call you may be offered a face-to-face appointment.
Same day and future appointments can be booked with our doctors and nurses.
Nurse appointments include checking blood pressure, ECG, vaccinations, pill check, travel information, family planning, sexual health, blood tests, dressings, removal of stitches, smear, chronic disease, and health reviews
If you have a question you would like to ask the nurse, you can submit a contact form. We will endeavour to get back to you within 2 working days. If your query is urgent, please call the surgery.
eConsult service
eConsult is an online service for non-urgent queries whereby patients can complete an online consultation regarding advice about specific conditions, general symptoms, your child’s common health problems, or administrative requests for sick notes, GP letters, and recent test results. You should receive a response within 48 working hours.
Please do not use this service for urgent queries.
You can also submit a contact form to request an appointment. You should receive a response within 2 working days. Please do not use this function if your situation requires attention sooner.
Pharmacy
If you are suffering with a minor condition such as a common cold, headache, minor cuts, rashes, sprains, aches or cystitis, your local Pharmacy can perhaps offer you fast, convenient help and/or treatment.
Pharmacists:
- often have a private room they can talk to you in
- are open till late and at weekends
- often do not require an appointment.
